I met the Abed Alaal Family, They were seven brothers and each
had his own family. They lived in peace in the Al-Tuffah region.
Each brother’s home was destroyed completely in the air strikes.
Nothing was left.
We met their father, an old man. He had been wounded and was now in a wheel chair. Alhamdulillah despite the fierce bombings, Allah had preserved his life.

Alhamdulillah the children of the Abed Alaal family were very
happy with Ummah Welfare Trust’s assistance.
I also met the father of the Al-Dalou family. The world’s media
came upon this family after it lost 11 members in an air strike.
The father showed me the family’s former home – it was
completely destroyed. The martyred bodies of his children were pulled from the
rubble that remained.
We provided blankets and mattresses to him but we felt shy in
front of him. SubhanAllah he had suffered a huge calamity.
Alhamdulillah, Ummah Welfare Trust is
providing food parcels and winter aid kits to families rendered homeless in the
bombing.
Food parcels contain the essential items for
every family, (canned meat, white beans, olive oils, vegetables oils, white
cheese, rice, canned tomatoes and more). Families are also given kitchen utensils, a
water tank, a lighter, blankets and mattresses.
May Allah accept out small efforts.
